Interpolls does NOT collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from the delivery of our advertisements to users. Interpolls proprietary technology may use non-personally-identifying information, such as session cookies, to improve user experience and/or to measure the effectiveness of these advertisements, such as impressions, responses, and clicks.

Advertisers, on occasion, may request that Interpolls assist or provide data collection supplied voluntarily by users within its various marketing and promotional products, which may contain personally identifiable information. This information is to be used solely by the advertiser for purposes identified within their privacy policy to provide the user with the requested information, services, or goods. Interpolls is not responsible for the advertisers' use of this data supplied voluntarily by the user. This information is provided directly to the advertiser, and is not collected or kept by Interpolls or the publisher's site on which the advertisement is displayed.
When you voluntarily provide your PII to complete registrations, enter promotions or sweepstakes, or are requesting a catalogue, you are consenting to share your information with the advertiser and one or more third parties so they can fulfill your request. Interpolls will not store or share any PII from users that are under age as defined in the Official Rules for each specific campaign or promotion. Interpolls does not control how these third parties use your information, and this Privacy Policy does not govern their actions. Interpolls will not share your PII with non-related third parties without your express opt-in permission unless required by law or for investigation of illegal activity.
Special Note about Children: Unless otherwise specifically indicated, Interpolls does not collect or store PII from users under the age of thirteen (13). However, on certain occasions, Interpolls may administer some promotions or sweepstakes on behalf of its clients which collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13). In each such instance, Interpolls and its clients will comply fully with all aspects of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), in the process of such promotion or sweepstakes, the collection of the information and in the subsequent use of the data collected. Personally identifiable information will not be collected from children under the age of thirteen (13) without parental consent in compliance with the COPPA guidelines.
Your California Privacy Rights, as provided by California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents who have provided personal information to a business, is entitled to request information whether the business disclosed personal information (if any) to third parties for direct marketing purposes. In general, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which the business disclosed and shared information in the preceding calendar year.
